Soul cinders cap week 11/5/2023 It is much better than Legion's, but there are a couple of small quirks where Legion comes out on top, and I think a few tweaks to the SL can make it really something special. If you keep Soul Ash restrictive like how it is now, then people like you, who want to try multiple specs, and people coming in late to the patch, are also unhappy since you are dealing with budgets meant to regulate the first month of Sanctum of Domination, not the entire patch. If you make the Soul Ash drop rate really high so you can craft multiple Rank 6s even in early days of Mythic, then everyone who's progression is in the first month or two will be very salty for having to split run so much (it also forces Blizzard to tune the bosses really high knowing everyone's getting so much gear from split running which also fucks over people who progress later), and they stream, so people are unhappy. Yes, it creates more emphasis on Renown and time gating, and yes you'll get a lot of loud voices crying bloody murder, but it is much better IMO than the other options. I think the clean solution to this is to tie Soul Ash and Cinder drops to Renown where it slowly and organically increases as Renown levels increase. You can split run a lot with a 260 and a 250 leggo. The easier you make this, the more you can split run. Being able to split run a head piece or a chest or leg can be pretty huge. If you make getting Rank 6 legendaries really easy, like I am able to get an ilvl 260 before Mythic (ilvl range 252 to 259) or even a ilvl 250 legendary (heroic ilvl 239 to 246), you then encourage a lot of Split Running where you create alts who create Legendaries in certain slots to trade away essential gear. Rank 6 (Item Level 260) - 5,150 Soul Ash, 1,650 Soul Cinders. If you're talking about Legendary creation (not going to comment on Conduit energy - that's a separate debate), then its basically a casualty to deal with a different problem. Rank 5 (Item Level 250) - 5,150 Soul Ash, 500 Soul Cinders. Rank 4 (Item Level 235) - 5,150 Soul Ash. Soul cinders cap week 1 Patch#Rank 3 (Item Level 225) - 3,200 Soul Ash. on the amount of Soul Cinders that you can acquire each week in Patch 9.1. Rank 2 (Item Level 210) - 2,000 Soul Ash. Rank 1 (Item Level 190) - 1,250 Soul Ash. Here’s the current cost breakdown for 9.1 legos: You can only get loot from it once a week, there's 50. Some lame bosses spawn and event lasts for like 5 minutes. I believe on NA it's on even hours, on EU it happens at odd hours (19, 21 etc.) server time. It's event that happens every 2hrs in old part of Maw. Soul cinders cap week 1 upgrade#Rank 5 and 6 will require the same amount of regular soul ash as R4 if you skip right to them, but if you upgrade from R4 it will only cost you the new soul ash. 2x torg L9 120, 2x assault 100, torments of torghast is 50 more. Id recommend getting a legendary now if you can and upgrade beyond R4 when 9.1 drops. So you could skip right to R6 to save some gold but, again, you’ll be without it longer. 9.1 legendaries will require the new version of soul ash to upgrade beyond R4. So going right to R4 will save you some gold but you’ll be without a legendary longer than if you upgraded sequentially.Ĥ- Depends on if you want it sooner or later. The only difference is you’ll need the white armour piece for each level you create. Regardless of HOW you get your R4 legendary, whether it’s upgraded 1 lvl at a time or straight to 4, it will cost the same amount of soul ash. You can also get additional ash from some campaign quests along the way and a bi-weekly table mission (requires completing several of the campaign table missions to unlock).Ģ- no, the 200 does not count towards a cap (there is no weekly hard cap)ģ- This has 2 answers. 1- You can earn up to 570 (maybe 560, I forget) soul ash per week from each of the available toughest wings (2) for a total of 1120/week.
